About One Caucasus:
One Caucasus (www.onecaucasus.org / www.facebook.com/OneCaucasus) is an interdisciplinary annual festival and a long-term borderland program organized in Georgia since 2014 in a region of Kvemo Kartli at the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan. It is an Inspirational & safe space to foster meetings and collaboration of artists, musicians, and activists from the entire Caucasus region and rest of the world. One Caucasus is also a change-making festival - it started one of the first working programs of participatory democracy in the Caucasus - the citizens’ budgets in Georgia.

I. Volunteer Coordinator and General Assistant
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Fluency in English and Georgian is required
Job Description:
One Caucasus is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator & General Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the volunteers' logistics and managing the volunteer activities. The volunteers’ teams start to work: (1) on-line team in May, (2) on-site team in August (8-28). This person will also serve as a general assistant, providing support to the administration department and the festival team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and training processes of volunteers (both: on-line and on-site) and manage a team of volunteers for the preparatory activities (on-line) and for the One Caucasus Program and Festival in August (on-site).
- Ensure that all volunteers (on-line and on-site) have the necessary information and resources through prompt and effective communication.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for volunteer management.
- Schedule volunteers' shifts and coordinate their activities during the OC program and festival (on-site).
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the volunteers (on-site and on-line) and provide feedback to the OC Coordination Team.
- Together with OC Coordination Team - coordinate the logistics for the volunteers, including transportation, accommodation, and meals.
- Ensure that all volunteers have access to the necessary equipment and materials (on-site).
- Provide administrative support to the festival team, including scheduling, filing, and data entry (on-site).
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls (on-line/on-site).
- Assist with event planning and coordination (on-line/on-site).
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners (on-line/on-site).
- Assist with social media outreach and marketing efforts (on-line).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in volunteer management and/or event planning, or administration.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Assist with Special Events conducted by the Organization
- Able to work evenings and weekends as required
II. Fundraising & Partnership Development Associate
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fundraising & Partnership Development Manager to join our team at One Caucasus, a non-governmental organization based in Tbilisi, Georgia. The Fundraising & Partnership Development Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build and strengthen partnerships with potential donors, organizations, and businesses.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential partners, donors and sponsors for One Caucasus program and festival.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies and initiatives to increase funding and support for One Caucasus program and festival.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, current partners and sponsors.
- Represent One Caucasus in meetings with potential partners and sponsors.
- Collaborate with the programming team to identify areas of partnership opportunities and develop programs and initiatives that align with One Caucasus mission and values.
- Elaborate proposals for specific calls for proposals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in fundraising, partnership development or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the non-profit sector and fundraising is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or international relations is a plus
III. PR and Social Media Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative PR and Social Media Manager to join our team in Tbilisi. The PR and Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's social media and PR strategies, with a focus on building engagement, raising awareness, and increasing visibility for One Caucasus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote One Caucasus and its programs and initiatives.
- Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, Tiktok, ensuring that content is engaging, informative, and consistent with the organization's brand and mission.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns to increase awareness of One Caucasus, its activities, and its impact.
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with social media influencers and advocates to build awareness and engagement for One Caucasus.
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote One Caucasus and its activities to traditional media outlets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other influencers to generate positive coverage for One Caucasus.
- Organize and coordinate press conferences and other media events to promote One Caucasus and its programs.
- Write and edit content for One Caucasus website, social media, and other communications channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels, and engage with followers to build relationships and foster engagement.
- Together with the Programming and Partnerships Team - outreaching to worldwide artists, musicians, filmmakers, architects and so on.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management, PR, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Georgian.
- Proven ability to create engaging content for social media and other communications channels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field is a plus.
